WHAT DO I DO IF MY CUSTOM UNIT DOES NOT FIT? If there are any size issues with your unit, from the date of delivery there is a 14 day window for units to be returned within for resizing. The return postage is at the buyers cost and responsibility until it has arrived safely to us. This service only applies to custom made units.

DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS? SheBeauty units are investments so to ensure customer satisfaction, we happily offer consultations. Please enquire at shebeautyhaiir@gmail.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES? We will accept returns of units that are successfully returned to us within 14 days from date of initial delivery. Units will be assessed to ensure they have been returned in pristine conditions with original packaging. For wigs, lace must be untouched and the curl pattern intact- allowing the unit to be fit for resale. We will not accept the return of bundles where the seal holding the hair together has been cut or untied. Custom units not eligible for return.

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE? We work with DHL and Royal Mail.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU USE? As a safe and secure payment provider, we use PayPal to ensure buyer and seller protection is at the forefront on all orders.
